        9:00 am SOUND ASLEEP
        9:10 am Phone call from Katrina Elisabeth asking about the game. Are we getting tix or what?
        9:15 am Call to Patrick Francis, asking about the game. Are we getting tix or what?
        9:30 am Call to ticketmaster.
        9:45 am Giving up on ticketmaster by phone.
        9:46 am Leave my apt to go to the Grand Center Ticketmaster Outlet
        9:50 am Arrive at my wonderful parking spot near Monroe Ave.
        9:52 am Take out money from National City so I can get us the $15 dollar seats.
        9:53 am I find out that the Grand Plaza is not the Grand Center
        9:55 am I find out that the Grand Center IS connected to the Grand Plaza
        9:56 am I navigate thru the Triangle Schemers at the Amway Grand Plaza. Can't find the tunnel. So I exit out the Monroe door and walk a door down.
        9:57 am Standing in line with 70 people at the outlet.
        9:57:30 am I realize these are not tiger phans. I inquire.
        9:58 am I go back to my car to find another outlet. This one is full of Auto-Rama fans looking for tickets. (autorama is at the grand center)
        10:05 am 12 stop lights later I arrive at Beleive in Music. 2 Blocks from where I live.
        10:07 am I get bleacher seats (6 dollars) because the 15 dollar seats are sold out. (On a musical note, they also sold out of the Jimi Hendrix - Live at the Fillmore East double CD that came out on Tuesday... WHATEVER!!!!)

    Moral of the story:
    Don't drive across town to get what you could have gotten 2 blocks away in the first place.
     

    Oh well. We have 5 tickets. We are officially bleacher creatures.

    I for one, will be drunk as hell, because that's what a bleacher creature should be.  Who's with me?
    The only thing I have planned to do at the game is to give a faithful "Woo" like I promised Dennis Firment (he can't go with us)

    Please let us beat the Royals...just this once!!

    yep. We're going. on 27 September, 1999, We will witness the LAST baseball game at Tiger Stadium. This has long been the subject of much controversy in Detroit. The stadium is falling apart and some people want a new one. Others say it is a historical mounument and must be preserved.. AND utilized. Well, no one goes to Tiger games. Therefore it is a good idea to spend money on something that doesn't bring money in...
    oh well. I'll be drunk.

    ANIMATIONS = DANIMATIANS

    Most of you have informed me that I've MISSPELLED Animation in the word Danimatian.

    Allow me to fill you in...

    Animation is what I studied in school. When I animate, I called it the finished product a Danimation. Somewhere along the line I substituted the "o" in animation for an "a." Why did I do this? Because I am Armenian, and most Armenian names end in -ian or -yan. Hence, an Armenianified Animation is an Animatian. An Armenianified Animation by me is a Danimatian. Now you know.

    Ok, so why is this site called www.zoomis.com/~elvis?
